The massive hopping and yeast give a "foggy" appearance, a sight familiar to those who live in the Po Valley.
The hops used give it an intense fruity aroma of mandarin, grapefruit, pineapple and yellow pulp fruit. It is a juicy NEIPA, with a creamy texture, with a light body but at the same time soft and full on the palate. Round bitterness tending to dank and resinous, good dryness, and a prolonged aftertaste of citrus and exotic fruit.
